UK domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch. International orders are typically delivered within 5–15 working days from dispatch. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier service, and external factors.
Where a pre-order ship date is provided, that timeframe will apply instead of standard delivery estimates. Pre-order items are produced after the order window closes and require additional time before dispatch. Estimated delivery time for pre-order items is 4–8 weeks from the date the pre-order closes. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept this extended timeframe.
In some cases, deliveries may take longer than the timeframes stated in this policy due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, peak periods, or operational disruptions. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, you should contact us as soon as possible. We will review the tracking information and do our best to assist and resolve any issues that are within our control.
All international customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Import regulations and fees vary by country, and we are unable to control or predict their amount.
If you refuse a shipment for any reason, including refusal to pay customs charges, you remain responsible for the original shipping costs and any courier fees incurred. Orders refused or returned to us due to unpaid import charges are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that international shipments may take longer to be delivered due to customs processing in the destination country. These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
