RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This policy applies to all orders placed with OKANMIBYRAW. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before purchasing.

GENERAL OVERVIEW
We are an independent streetwear brand producing limited-run pieces. Because of this, we operate a strict returns and refunds policy. Refunds are not offered as standard and are only available in limited situations outlined below. All customers are responsible for checking product details, sizing information, and this policy before ordering.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS (UK & EU)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you are a UK or EU customer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless the item falls under a legal exception. To cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery and return the item in line with this policy.

MADE-TO-ORDER & EXCLUDED ITEMS
Items that are made to order, printed on demand, or produced specifically after an order is placed are excluded from the right to cancel where permitted by law. We also do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging. Any item that is not returned in original, resale-ready condition may be refused.

SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY
We offer size exchanges only. If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached. Only one exchange per order is allowed, and exchanges depend on stock availability. Once the original item is received and checked, the replacement size will be sent out. Refunds are not issued for sizing errors, so please use the size guide before ordering.

NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes not liking the fit, colour, design, or deciding you no longer want the item. Ordering the wrong item or size does not qualify for a refund. Shipping delays, customs processing, or courier issues do not count as valid reasons for a refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from marks, odours, or damage. Original tags and packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these standards.

RETURN SHIPPING
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS FEES
For all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are set by local authorities. We do not refund orders where customers refuse to pay customs charges. Parcels returned to us or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & CLAIMS
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once the courier marks an order as delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, parcels left in safe places or with neighbours, or delays caused by the courier after dispatch. Claims of non-delivery are reviewed using tracking information, and refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after investigation.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and your order number. Claims made outside this timeframe or without evidence may be declined.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Unauthorised chargebacks or disputes may result in evidence being submitted to the payment provider, including tracking and order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who abuse chargeback systems.
